Staff are recruited specifically for each campaign. All staff are presented through identikits which include Polaroids, taken by the staff themselves, so clients have photos and staff knowledge that are true to the person and express personality.

Specialist training days are held for selected promotional staff prior to each activity to ensure best practice.
